Homewares2u has taken every care with the content of this website to ensure that the product descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of the said prices and descriptions going live onto the internet. However, Homewares2u will only accept orders where there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. If packaging is displayed with the product or the product is shown inside packaging the actual packaging may be different to that shown. If weights, and/or dimensions, and/or capacities are shown they are approximate only and are believed to be accurate at time of going live. Whilst we have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website in an accurate way by using this website and agreeing to these Terms & conditions you acknowledge that the colour shown on your Monitor may be different from the actual colour of the product. Different monitors can display colours differently and as such there is no guarantee that the colour will match exactly as you see it on your monitor. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Homewares2u disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Homewares2u shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Homewares2u makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects and as such Homewares2u shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Your password and security of your login area is your responsibility and Homewares2u shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your account or password.
Product Availability
The vast majority of our products are in stock and ready to be shipped to you. Should, for whatever reason, a product not be immediately available we shall notify you by email and inform you of when you should expect the product(s) to be delivered. If you do not wish to wait for the product to be delivered we will refund your monies for the product(s) or offer you an alternative, whichever you prefer.

Delays
If for whatever reason there is to be a delay in getting your product(s) to you we shall notify you at our earliest convenience and request you to let us know that you are happy to wait or to request a refund of monies spent.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
Purchase of Knives
Should you be ordering Knives of any kind or anything that contains a blade, by placing and completing the order process you confirm that you are over the age of 18. Homewares2u shall not be held responsible for any future use of these knives and by placing and completing your order you confirm that you indemnify Homewares2u against any legal actions concerning the use of the knives purchased by you.
