Whether you buy 1 product at £1.50 or 1000 products @ £100 you will only pay 1 delivery fee each time you shop with us.

Delivered straight to your door by DPD Couriers

All deliveries are made by courier service throughout the UK. No messing about with the sometimes unreliable postal service. Other cariers may be used for Zones 2 & 3.

We will even text you details relating to your delivery

If you leave us with your mobile number we will get the courier to text you the anticipated delivery time. If this is not suitable then simply text back and we can arrange a better time to suit you.

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged only, but not when a product is simply unwanted. All products are checked prior to dispatch.

Delivery Dimensions

Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and the proposed location before ordering large items to ensure successful delivery, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £50 to cover the collection cost.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Large Item Delivery & Returns

Some items, due to their size, are required to be sent by pallet and not by courier. Should you accept the item from the delivery company but at a later date wish to return the item then you will be liable for the full delivery price of the pallet at £45 + vat plus the full cost of returning the item. Please contact us for further details.

Small Item Delivery & Returns

Some items, due to their size and possibly due to the material they are made from, are better shipped by Royal Mail. Under these circumstances we shall not send the items by courier but by Royal Mail. If the items are damaged please contact us so we can discuss the best course of action to take.
